April 15th, 2017: Volunteer monitor at ECUSA (Españoles Científicos en USA) stand in the “Cambridge Science Festival” (Cambridge, MA, USA). The aim of this Festival is to bring science to the general public.
July 20th, 2016: Volunteer monitor at Upward Bound (Boston University): Behavioral diversity of social insects Activity. Upward Bound (Boston University) is federally funded college preparatory program for potential first-generation college and low-income Boston Public High School students.
June 22nd, 2016: Volunteer monitor at BIOBUGS “Outbreak” lab (Boston University). BIOBUGS is a program at Boston University designed to encourage local high school students to become excited about science.
2013: Science advisor for the scientific exhibition “Mille millard de fourmis” at Palais de la Décourverte (Paris, France). I advised the organization staff about nutrition in ants for the creation of an interactive game. This exhibition took place from October 15th, 2013 to August 24th, 2014.
September, 2013: Exhibitor in “Les insects, c’est fou!” organized by the Toulouse Natural History Museum (Toulouse, France). The aim of this action was to bring closer scientists to non scientists (of a broad range of ages) and discuss through interactive activities about the amazing world of insects.
2012: I have participated as volunteer in the “Atelier Elevage de Fourmis”, part of the program Mathesciences31. The aim of these workshops, organized by Gérard Latil (CRCA), is to popularize insect research in schools through the interactions of researchers, students and teachers.
2005: I was exhibitor in the VI Feria de Madrid por la Ciencia, in the stand of the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid.
