Her area of expertise is HR strategies and operations, emphasizing D.E.I., talent management, and employee engagement. She is also known to be an introvert with high emotional intelligence. She started her career as an HR Advisor in Spain. Later, she became an HR Director in NYC. Afterward, she was appointed Senior HR Operations Director in Qatar."
