From Water to Power: Mapping Iberdrola’s Path to Leadership on the Iberian Peninsula (1940-2010)
This research addresses the relationship between natural monopolies and hydraulic resources, particularly concerning the Duero River. The hypothesis suggests that hydroelectric power was crucial in the early 20th century in establishing Iberdrola as a global electricity leader.
