Registration Mechanism

1. Participants are required to fill out the Registration Form available on the activity website http://unesa.me/RegistrationSarposacom2022

2. Pay a registration fee of:

• Indonesian students : IDR 50,000 (3.4 USD) / work / competition item

• Overseas students : IDR 100.000 (7 USD) / work / competition item

Wafe 2

• Indonesian students : IDR 75,000 (5,2 USD) / work / competition item

• Overseas students : IDR 100.000 (7 USD) / work / competition item

COLLECTION OF WORKS

1. Participant work sent by team representatives to email sarposacom@gmail.com in full paper with the subject:(Poster/Essay_Name of Group_ Origin of agency_Sub Themes_Title of Work)

2. Files The files sent by the team representatives include:

• Poster work in JPEG format

• Essay work in PDF format

• Scan the student identity card in the form of .pdf

(File Name: Full Name of chairman / member_Name of Group_ Origin of agency_ Student ID) is attached for each individual

• Proof of payment in .pdf form

(File Name: Group Name_ Origin of agency_Proof of Payment)

• Official photo size 3 x 4 red background in JPG / JPEG format

(File name: Full name of chairman / member_Name of Group_ Origin of agency_Pas Foto) is attached for each individual.

• Identity Sheet with .pdf format

(File name: Group Name_ Origin of agency_Identity Sheet)

• Originality Sheet in .pdf format

(File name: Group Name_ Origin of agency_Originality Sheet)

3. The complete file file is sent by the team representative in the form of a folder in .zip / rar format (file name: Poster/Essay_Name of Group_ Origin of agency_Sub Themes_Title of Work) via email with the subject according to the file name with the deadline for sending according to the timeline.

4. Participants confirm via Whatsapp to number + 62 857-3318-9997 (Mr. Rendi) / + 62 812-9079-6257 (Ms. Lala), with a confirmation format (Poster/Essay_Name of Group_ Origin of agency_Sub Themes_Title of Work). Confirmation no later than 24 hours after submission of the work.

TECHNICAL COMPETITION

1. All works that enter the committee's data will go through the preliminary stage, works that do not comply with the guidelines will automatically not be assessed. All works that pass the file selection will go through a judging process.

2. A total of 10 best works will be presented in the semi-final round in the form of video presentations and will be judged by the jury to take the 5 best presentations. (Participants are required to make a presentation in the form of a video and submit the video file maximum on the specified date).

3. A total of 5 best works will be presented live in the final through face-to-face online and will be judged by the jury to determine the best presentation. The presentation is conducted by the team leader with an estimated maximum presentation time of 10 minutes including questions and answers. Question and answer carried out by the jury to all team members.
