• Saved Locations - When you add delivery addresses or saved locations within the App, we store this information to facilitate faster ordering and delivery.

•  Order Information - When you place orders, we collect information about products ordered, order amounts  and order history.

•  Product Ratings and Reviews - When you rate or review products, we collect your feedback ratings to improve our services and help other users make informed decisions. 

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Data - We collect FCM registration tokens to send you push notifications related to order status, promotional offers, and app updates.

Saqy is intended exclusively for users aged 18 years or older. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are of legal drinking age in your location. We implement age verification mechanisms and may request additional documentation to verify your age. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages, including age restrictions, licensing requirements, and prohibited sales areas. 

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. However, we may share your information with the delivery partners. We share your delivery address, phone number, and order details with delivery personnel necessary to fulfill your order.

The App is not intended for individuals under the legal drinking age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or individuals below the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete such information promptly and terminate the child's account.
