Web-Based Application Development - ITIS 3135

Instructor: A B M Mohaimenur Students learn to design and develop interactive web pages with a significant focus on programming. Topics include components of a web application, web design, and development guidelines, coding with programming languages used for web applications, manipulation of the Document Object Model (DOM), event-driven programming, asynchronous exchange of data, and web accessibility. By the end of the course, students develop an interactive and accessible website with practical intent.

Human Centered Design

Introduces and provides experience in concepts and methods for human-computer interaction, with an emphasis on methods for human-centered design and evaluation of user experiences with IT. Topics include: design principles, need finding, design prototypes, and evaluation of interaction designs to make them compatible with human capabilities and expectations.
