General Updates As Follow:
1. Day to Day – Practice is more important. Doubts should be clarified in the upcoming classes for better clarity.
2. If there are any issues with the Trainer/Mentor. It should be immediately informed to the management for effective training quality.
3. Participants should take the classes on a regular basis from the mentors.
4. Record the sessions and make sure that as per the Course content – program is going. Recorded sessions should not be shared with anyone.
5. To Avoid – Miss communications. Kindly reach us over the phone or email to provide Quality Services. Last Minute Notifications/ Comments & Feedback are Not Countable and Acceptable on behalf of this program while in the ending stage or after 50% of the classes completion.
6. Since our Mentors are working people in the same industry. The Aspirant/Student/Customer has to adjust and coordinate accordingly.
7. Management/Company/Origination/Institution will Not – Provide Any kind of Software Access and FAKE – Experience Certificates to the Enrolled students/Aspirants/Candidates and Customers.
8. We request the participant to complete the course/program training within the duration period of time. Post delay in the training management will not be responsible.
9. Management will be provided Placement Assistance and Technical Support for the Enrolled participants/customers.
10.Management people/staff will NOT be working during the Weekends. Official Timings to Reach US: 10.AM to 8.PM (Monday to Friday – IST)
11.During the Public Holidays – Company Staff will not be available for any kind of communication and service will not be provided during the Holidays. Trainers/Mentors sometimes will be cancelling the classes due to some unavoidable situations which can be compensated by the trainer/mentor during the weekends.
To ensure the better-quality services offered by us we want the participants to have transparent communication with us from time to time to make this training effective and happy on a mutual benefit basis with Mutual Efforts!!
