Welcome to my homepage!
I am a fifth year Ph.D. student in the Department of Statistics at Texas A&M University, College Station advised by Dr. Yang Ni and Dr. Raymond K.W. Wong. My research interests include causal discovery, causal inference, Bayesian modeling, functional data analysis and multi-modal data integration.
Since May 2023, I have began an independent collaboration with Dr. Himel Mallick of Weill Cornell Medicine where I am developing interpretable Bayesian models for multi-modal data fusion with applications in multi-omics data analyses. Earlier, I have also worked under the guidance of Dr. Amit Mitra of IIT Kanpur as a part of my Master's thesis work.
Previously, I have completed my Master of Science in Statistics from the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and Bachelor of Science in the same discipline from the Department of Statistics at St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. For a detailed description of my background, please see my CV.
