Past experiences:

My primary research interest is in the field of distributed computing focusing on  design and analysis of distributed algorithms, and proving lower bounds and impossibility results for specifically failure-prone dynamic systems. I am also working on implementing distributed algorithms on real systems.

I completed my PhD in May 2019 under the guidance of Dr. Jennifer Welch from Texas A&M University, College Station.  I received my Bachelor's degree from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur in 2010 and worked for Samsung and ANSYS before joining Texas A&M for grad school in 2013. I have also worked on disaster recovery for distributed storage at NetApp, Sunnyvale,   CA.
