Both our classic and sandwich loaves are best enjoyed within 5 days. Store in a paper bag, linen bread bag, bread box or under a cake dome. Do not refrigerate, as doing so will dry the bread out. Moisture is not a good friend to these two, so avoid plastic bags!

Remember, sourdough is made of simple ingredients and contains no preservatives.

Other baked goods:

• Classic Loaf and Sandwich Loaf: paper bag, linen bread bag, bread box or under a cake dome

• Burger Buns, English Muffins: unlike our classic and sandwich loaves, these are best stored in a ziplock bag in the refrigerator

• Crackers and Chocolate Chip Cookies: best stored in a ziplock bag or a food safe container on the counter

• Banana Bread: best stored in foil on the counter

If you haven’t already devoured the loaf within 5 days, wrap in a freezer safe bag whole or sliced for up to 6 months. Other items (if they last longer than a day!) should be consumed within a few days of purchase for best flavor. 

Below are a few of the items that also freeze well - simply wrap tightly and store in freezer, thawing overnight before consuming:

• Sandwich loaf 

• Burger buns

• Banana bread

At this time, pickups are only offered on Wednesdays. You can place orders as early as Friday morning. Orders will close on Sunday evening.

You will receive the pick up address after you have submitted your order. We are located about 10 minutes south of Washington/10 minutes west of Purcell.

When you are submitting your order, you will be able to select your preferred timeframe to pick up your order. When you arrive, your order will be on a table in front of the garage with your name on the package.

If one of the windows offered does not work for you or if you know ahead of time that you will not be able to make your pickup window, please text me at (785) 761-5618 and we can work something out! I understand that things come up.

Please understand that if no prior contact has been made and you do not arrive within your pickup window, I will assume you have forfeited your order. I will not offer refunds on baked goods that have not been picked up, as I have already invested time, money and ingredients.

On Thursdays, I offer deliveries to Norman ONLY. For an order to be delivered in Norman, the order must be placed through the “Delivery - Norman only” form. *Please note that there is a small delivery fee to compensate for time and fuel.

For Thursday deliveries in Norman, you can place orders as early as Friday morning. Orders will close on Monday evening.
