2. Crystal rpt files will require either a custom built viewer with the support files or a runtime install with some sort of UI. The computers that are still in operation from before my arrival can all still open their reports using DataLink Viewer.

Hopfully someone has this as an msi sitting around.

I have a bespoke application that outputs to crystal reports whic works on some machines but not others.

The one thing common on all the machines it works on is that it has the Crystal runtime engine version described below.

SAP Crystal Reports Runtime engine for .NET Framework 4 (32) v13.0.3.612

I have serched high and low for this specific version without success.

If you have a 64 bit OS you will need to install both the 32 bit and 64 bit runtimes, or your reports won't run on a 64 bit machine. 32 bit machines only need the 32 bit runtime. It's somewhat unlikely you'll need an exact specific version of the runtimes, but most of them are available from SAP/Crystal.

SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework is required to display Crystal Reports at the end of the model run. In past versions of Arena, Crystal reports was automatically installed during the Arena installation process. That is no longer the case. It is now a separate step in installing Arena 16.1. Install Arena by selecting the MediaImage folder > autorun.exe.

From IFS Cloud 23R1 onwards, network policies are enabled by default. Therefore you need to add the crystal web service machine IP address which needs to be included in the cloud values yaml file (ifscore.networkpolicy.crystalhost).

--set networkpolicy.crystalhost=172.16.161.23 needs to be corrected as --set ifscore.networkpolicy.crystalhost=172.16.161.23

.\installer.cmd --set action=mtinstaller --values ..\..\..\..\config\ifscloud-values.yaml --values C:\ifsroot\deliveries\23.1.4\InstallationFiles\ifsinstaller\solutionset.yaml --set ifscore.networkpolicy.crystalhost=

From the Windows Control Panel, go to "Programs and Features" and locate the "SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework." Note whether you have the 32-bit version or 64-bit version. Note the version number that is installed.

This error can occur when using a 32-bit Crystal Reports .NET runtime installation on a 64-bit version of Windows (this is common). The error can usually be resolved by enabling 32-bit applications in the IIS Application Pool. The location of this setting varies between different Windows versions.

The SAP Crystal Report is the business intelligence reporting toolcurrently marketed to small business. You can design reports both in ASP.net environment as well as Windows Forms and WPF environment. Maybe sometimes you need to include the crystal reports runtime in your application project. In that case, go to Official site to download Crystal reports wiki page and download MSM File. You can then learn to include MSM file from the following link Using Crystal Reports Merge Modules MSM to create a Setup project

Over the past several days I have been configuring multiple systems with multiple Peopletools versions and I think my mind snapped somewhere. This 32/64 bit thing is so frustrating. Basically 8.54 is almost completely 64 bit, but 8.53 is still a 50/50 chance. When it comes to Crystal with 8.54 you need to make sure you use the 64 bit run time library where as 8.53 and down use the 32 bit run time. However if you have the full install of crystal so that you can develop reports, you need to put the CrystalExePath to the the full install win32_x86 32 bit directory. e24fc04721
