I am working as part time agricultural economist in Innovative vision Pvt Ltd. I have completed two study research for ADRAs' Nepal and FANSEP. I was engaged since initial time of proposal development, designing methodology and tools for research, field visit, enumerator training, making questionnaire in kobo-tool box, checking data quality, data analysisi and intrepretation, report writing, etc for completion of project.
• Completed a study entitled, “Dairy Market Assessment and Cost of Production Analysis of TERAI project” for ADRA Nepal in Kapilvastu and Rupandehi districts
• Completed a study entitled, “Study on Effectiveness of Livestock Development Promotional Program and Home Nutrition Garden Programs in Project Implemented Areas (Sindhupalchok & Dolakha)” for Food and Nutrition Security Enhancement Project (FANSEP)
Right now, I am working as an agriculture instructor in Shree Bansha Gopal MaVi, Makwanpurgadhi, Makwanpur. I have been working here since July, 2022.

• Providing capacity building training and on job training for higher school students
• Supervising On-Job-Training (OJT) students in their in their field work

NuAgE is the acronym for New age in Nutrition, Agriculture, and Environment sectors. We focus on evidence-based development in our developmental projects. We are working in enriching research network and leveraging it across globes through our monthly virtual "NuAge Research Conclave".
UNLEASH Hacks are localized and scalable innovation processes designed to address current sustainability challenges in specific real-world contexts. As an Organizing Team member, responsibilities include participant outreach, partnership engagement, event branding, selection, and management of participants in addition to the execution of the two-day online hackathon.

I conducted survey, collected and analyzed data to gain deeper insights on production economics and marketing of Large cardamom in Sankuwasabha under Project Implementation Unit of PMAMP, Sankhuwasabha.
