PRAISES
Both the children's AND adults' choir presentations drew lots of visitors who heard the Gospel!
Our son-in-law, Nathan, received a great opportunity to start a "side gig" that within a year should turn into a new full time job to help their growing family be able to keep up with all their expenses!!
We are over 90% ready to host the group that arrives on January 5.

for good health, stamina and growth for ALL of us as we minister alongside the college students coming down -- especially as we hold a BIG VBS!
for Nathan as he learns the ropes and begins working his "side gig"!
that the Lord will use Dave's year-end sermon this Sunday.
that little Helena, a new member's 3-year-old daughter who's hospitalized with fluid in her lungs, will respond well to the antibiotics she's receiving. Pray for her single mom, Priscila as well!

PRAISES
Both the men’s and ladies' prayer partner "reveals" were SUPER well attended and encouraging!
We were SO amazed that 3 of our brand new members sang special songs in last week's service, with one of them even playing the piano! Their love and excitement for the Lord are contagious.
Caio & Tauane (whom we met and ministered to during the pandemic as he was a motorcycle delivery guy) were at church and TAUANE IS NOW A BELIEVER!!!!
The meetings we had with the US and SP pastors went very well. We had 35 at the main gathering! The 11 pastors in Dave's 3 cohorts were especially challenged and blessed.

A BIT ABOUT US
We joined BMM in 1984, after God made His will and call for our lives unmistakably clear. After finishing college and raising support we moved to the 3rd largest city in the world, referred to as a "mini-continent" because at 26 million, it's population is larger than 3/4 of the worl'd's countries! It's the mega-metropolis of São Paulo, Brazil; extremely urban with the unique challenges this type of city presents to ministry.
We've been privileged to revitalize and expand a youth camp, plant 4 churches and help revitalize one more, as well as host over 1600 "short-termers" on mission trips, sent from dozens of US churches.
We have entered a new phase of ministry where we are shepherding Brazilian pastors and their wives both formally and informally, as well as training new pastors and lay leaders. We also have the honor of shepherding our BMM Brazil colleagues, training new missionaries as they start pre-field ministry, and participating in BMM's Global ministry through vision casting, strategic planning, and even ongoing professional development for our missionaries around the world!
