Sergio leads Santos Innovation with over a decade of experience in home renovation and construction. He’s completed a wide range of residential projects across Dallas, from kitchen and bathroom remodels to full interior transformations. His work is defined by a commitment to quality, clear communication, and respect for the homes he’s trusted to improve.

Through each project, he’s learned how to navigate not just construction challenges, but also client communication, conflict resolution, and long-term relationships. These lessons have shaped the core of Santos Innovation: a company built on trust, follow-through, and craftsmanship.

Sergio is known for being detail-oriented and proactive, staying current with new materials and techniques to deliver modern, efficient results. He continues to invest in his growth, currently pursuing his GED and advancing his English studies, all while raising two sons and running his business.

One of his favorite projects involved restoring a historic home—bringing it up to modern standards while preserving its original character. Projects like that reflect his belief in doing thoughtful work that’s built to last.
