Hi! I'm Karla Santana -the face behind Santana Notary & Weddings. 

I'm a commissioned Florida Notary Public and an ordained minister proudly serving Live Oak, FL and surrounding areas. I started this business with one goal in mind: to provide dependable, respectful service to the community I call home. 

In a small town, reputation matters. I believe in showing up on time, communicating clearly, and treating every client with kindness and professionalism. Whether I'm notarizing an important document or officiating a wedding ceremony, I understand that these moments matter. 

My goal is to make every appointment smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. I proudly provide services that are welcoming and inclusive for all individuals, couples and families.

I was married on April 20, 2024. We chose to have a small, intimate ceremony with just our parents and siblings -  simple, meaningful, and centered around what truly mattered to us. 

That experience gave me an even deeper appreciation for how personal wedding days are. Whether its an intimate gathering, or a courthouse-style ceremony, I understand how important it is for the moment to feel special, comfortable and geniune.
