2025 Rates (A $50 deposit reserves your date and time.)
December 20, 2025 or earlier
$150 per event up to one hour event or visit.
$100 per hour for any additional hours prorated in half hour increments.
December 21-23, 2025 (Sunday-Tuesday before Christmas)
$175 per event up to one hour event or visit.
$125 per hour for any additional hours prorated in half hour increments.
December 24, 2025 (Christmas Eve Wednesday)
$200 for 45 minute visit. Multiple 45 minute visits may be booked as scheduling permits. No prorated visits on Christmas Eve.
Additional rates for travel outside of Odessa/Midland area based upon actual mileage using IRS business mileage rate.
Health/COVID Information:
Santa is fully vaccinated for COVID as well as influenza and RSV and all childhood and adult vaccines appropriate for his age. Santa's suit will be laundered after 8 hours (or less) of time worn.
Santa will also adhere to any reasonable health/COVID precautions as you request.
If the visit feels unsafe due to health concerns of you or your guests, Santa reserves the right to end the visit at any time. In the event Santa's is feeling ill before or at the time of your event, he will contact you as soon as possible.
