In the event of us having to cancel for unavoidable reasons we will endeavour to source an alternative Santa failing which you will be entitled to a full refund. We will not be responsible for any other costs incurred.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will incur a 60% fee.
