These are the members of the Santa Clara County Teen CERT Board for 2025-2026! In addition to our Teen CERT Board members, we have our program supporting staff members.
Co-director
Victoria has been a CERT since 2016 and has worked in Emergency Services and Management for over 25 years. She truly believes in CERT's mission and that everyone has a role in helping their community before, during, and after a disaster. She started the Teen CERT program to expand the opportunity to the Teen community. In the future, she hopes the program will continue to grow beyond Santa Clara County. She is truly proud of the work each member has contributed to this amazing program!
Co-director
Anthony has been in the Teen CERT/CERT programs for 5 years and has worked as a Project Specialist CERT. He is currently a second-year student majoring in public health and is an active member in CERT and LAARES. He advises the Teen CERT board and program, drawing on his experience as a former Teen CERT board member. He hopes that through the Teen CERT program, more teenagers will become involved in emergency preparedness.
Consultant
Maggie has been in the Teen CERT 3 years and has acted as PIO (Public Information Officer), secretary, and webmaster. She is currently a freshman majoring in nursing. She hopes to inspire more teens to get involved in emergency preparedness through the Teen CERT program.
Administrative Assistant
Kevin is a college sophomore who values emergency preparation. He enjoys informing the public about emergency preparedness. In his free time, he likes to take photos, bike, and spend time relaxing. Through Teen CERT, he hopes to spread awareness about emergency preparedness to make sure that the people in his community are safe.
Joanne is a senior who values helping others, one way being through community service. In her free time, she enjoys playing the violin, skiing, and spending time with friends. She hopes to support those in her community and promote emergency preparedness through Teen CERT.
Allison is a senior who values emergency preparedness. She particularly enjoys educating younger children about the importance of safety. In her free time, she likes to run and play pickleball. Through Teen CERT, she hopes to spread awareness about emergency preparedness to a larger community.
Ahvish is a senior who values community preparedness and early response to disasters. He enjoys helping the community learn about wildfires, as well as how emerging technology can be used in the field of disaster response. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, reading, and watching soccer. Through Teen CERT, he hopes to teach people about emergency preparedness to be ready in the face of a disaster.

Micah is a Junior who likes serving the community. He likes volunteering and supporting locals. In his free time he likes to play volleyball or cook. Through Teen CERT, Micah hopes to learn valuable skills for survival and emergency preparedness, and be able to support the community through that.
Linnea is a senior who values helping others and caring for the environment. To this end, she enjoys tutoring and community clean-ups. In her free time, she likes solving puzzles and drawing. Through Teen CERT, she hopes to build a stronger, safer community.
Audrey is a junior who likes practicing emergency preparation. She enjoys learning first aid. In her free time she likes to read, hang out with her friends and draw. Through Teen CERT, she hopes of learn more about emergency preparedness.
Raymond is a senior who likes values emergency preparation. In his free time, he likes to play the double bass, bike, and play tennis. Through Teen CERT, Raymond hopes to spread awareness about important readiness skills to other teens.
Mia is a freshman who values community service. She especially likes giving back to those less fortunate. In her free time, she enjoys running, baking, and spending time with her friends. Through Teen CERT, she hopes to help her community stay safe and improve her leadership skills.
