โรงเรียนแสนสุขสมมุ่งเน้น "การเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุข"​ เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพจากภายในของเด็กโดยใช้ "หลักสูตรการศึกษาปฐมวัยของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ" ผ่านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 2 ภาษา (ไทย-อังกฤษ) เน้นการเรียนรู้แบบเชิงรุก (Active Learning) แบ่งเป็นหน่วยการเรียนรู้ตามแต่ละสัปดาห์โดยจะบูรณาการการเรียนรู้ผ่านกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ รวมถึงยังมีการให้เด็ก ๆ เลือกหน่วยการเรียนรู้ที่เด็ก ๆ สนใจในช่วงสุดท้ายของภาคเรียนมาทำเป็นโครงงาน (Project)

นอกจากนี้โรงเรียนแสนสุขสมเชื่อว่า "เด็ก ๆ ทุกคนมีศักยภาพแตกต่างกัน" จึงได้จัดกิจกรรมไว้ให้หลากหลายประเภทภายใต้แนวคิด "พหุปัญญา" อีกทั้งโรงเรียนยังส่งเสริมการพัฒนาทักษะสมองในการบริหารจัดการชีวิต (Executive Function) ผ่านกิจกรรมงานบ้าน การช่วยเหลือตนเองในชีวิตประจำวัน โดยนำกิจกรรมมอนเตสซอรี่มาเป็นแนวทางในการจัดประสบการณ์

Sansuksom School emphasizes "Happy Learning" as the foundation for developing each child’s inner potential. The school follows the Early Childhood Education Curriculum by the Ministry of Education, incorporating a bilingual (Thai-English) learning approach and promoting Active Learning. Lessons are organized into weekly learning units and integrated through engaging activities. Toward the end of each term, children are encouraged to choose a topic of interest to explore in-depth through a Project-Based Learning format.

At Sansuksom, we believe that every child has unique potential. Therefore, a wide variety of activities are offered based on the concept of Multiple Intelligences. In addition, the school supports the development of Executive Function skills—the mental processes that help children manage their lives—through daily routines, household tasks, and self-care. The Montessori approach is also used as a key framework to guide experiential learning and personal growth.
