तृणानि भूमिरुदकं वाक् चतुर्थी च सूनृता।

सतामेतानि गेहेषु नोच्छिद्यन्ते कदाचन ॥४४॥

अन्वयः-

तृणानि भूमिः उदकम् च चतुर्थी सूनृता वाक् एतानि सताम् गेहेषु कदाचन न उच्छिद्यन्ते।

Mat (made of grass), floor, water and the fourth, true and pleasant speech; these (four) will never vanish from the house of good persons.
