TERM AND CONDITIONS 

1. Admission & Payment

 One month advance rent must be paid at the time of admission.

₹1000 registration charge (one-time, non-refundable).

₹1000 security deposit (refundable as per rules).

Monthly rent must be paid within the first 5 days of every month.

Late fine charges:

₹20 per day from 6th to 15th day

₹30 per day from 16th day onwards

2. Security Deposit

Security deposit will be refunded at the time of vacating after deducting any pending dues or damages.

A minimum 30 days prior notice is required before leaving the hostel.

3. Hostel Rules

Hostel timings must be strictly followed.

Entry after allowed time is not permitted without prior permission.

Visitors are not allowed inside rooms.

Residents must inform the warden and sign out in the register before leaving the premises/hostel.

4. Cleanliness & Maintenance

Residents must maintain cleanliness and hygiene in their rooms.

Any damage to hostel property will be charged to the resident.

5. Electricity & Appliances

Use of high-power appliances (heater, iron, etc.) without permission is strictly prohibited.

Additional charges may apply for AC or extra electricity usage. (15 to 20 rupees per unit)

6. Discipline & Behavior

Proper discipline and respectful behavior must be maintained at all times.

Any illegal or inappropriate activity will lead to immediate termination of stay.

7. Safety, Health & Well-being

The hostel management shall not be held responsible for any incident, accident, or misconduct occurring outside the hostel premises. Residents will be personally responsible for their activities outside the hostel.

Management is not responsible for loss of cash, jewelry, or personal belongings.

Residents are advised to keep their valuables safe.

If any resident faces issues related to health, studies, or personal matters, they must immediately inform the warden or their parents.

8. Food & Mess (If Applicable)

Mess timings must be followed strictly.

Wastage of food is not allowed.

9. Notice & Leaving Policy

Relatives of residents are welcome to stay in the hostel. A nominal charge of ₹300 per day will be applicable from the second day onwards, while the first day will be complimentary.

The hostel will remain closed for a period of ten days each on the occasions of Holi, Deepawali, and Chhath Puja.

If any student wants to leave the hostel, she must give a written notice in the office.

The leaving date will be considered as the last date of the monthly fee.

If a student does not vacate the hostel by the last date, she will be required to pay the next month’s full fee.

This rule will be strictly enforced.

10. Management Rights

Management reserves the right to modify rules when necessary.

In case of rule violation, management has the right to cancel admission without refund.

By taking admission, the resident agrees to follow all the above rules and regulations.
