Hi, I am Sankalp. I am an assistant professor in the Applied Mechanics department at IIT Delhi. 

In the adjoining photograph, I am standing in front of a small loose-biomass furnace (output capacity ~ 60 kW)  that we developed at the Nimbkar Agricultural Research Institute, Phaltan, Maharashtra, India. 

These days, I work on continuum solid mechanics, nonlinear dynamics, and musical acoustics.
