Sanjit Tamhane, REALTOR®

Sanjit came to real estate from a career in information technology and spent several years as an active real estate investor before becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2018. He joined Pure Realty in January 2019. That combination shapes how the team works: decisions start from data (current MLS numbers, pricing, days on market) and from the practical view of someone who has bought and owned property himself. Sanjit holds nine professional designations, including GRI, ABR®, SRS®, SRES, SFR, PSA, TRLS, Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist (TACS). He was a Platinum Top 50® Austin 2026 Finalist.

Shweta Paralikar, REALTOR®

Shweta holds two master's degrees from Oregon State University, in Chemical Engineering and Wood Science, and worked in the corporate world before turning to real estate full time. For the past nine years she has helped buyers and sellers across Greater Austin. She brings an engineer's attention to detail to every transaction, from reviewing inspections and construction quality to managing contracts and deadlines through closing. Shweta speaks English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati.

In the community

We volunteer with the Central Texas Food Bank, Austin Rescue and SEWA International, support Austin Board of REALTORS® fundraising events, and sponsor the Round Rock Diwali and SEF Dandiya celebrations each year. Sanjit has also completed the City of Austin's Green by Design course on sustainable homes.
