Saniya Zahed is a Ph.D. Researcher at the Laboratoire d'Economie d'Orléans (LEO) and Chair of Environmental and Mineral Economics (CEME) at the University of Orléans, under the supervision of Chahir Zaki and Camelia Turcu. She holds an M.A. in International Economics from the University of Orléans. She also holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Business Administration Karachi.
Her research interests are the intersection and interconnectedness of International Trade and Environment. Her PhD research explores the nexus between Trade policy, Circular Economy, and Environment.
