The government of the State of San Andreas consists of the executive, judicial, and legislative branches. Its basic structure is set forth in the Constitution and law of San Andreas. The state government is primarily organized into several cabinet or administrative departments.
There are also several levels of local government in San Andreas: counties, municipalities (cities, villages and boroughs), townships, special districts and school districts.
GOVERNMENT NEWS
San Andreas — San Andreas became the 24th state in the country to legalize recreational marijuana following the passage of Issue 2. It allows anyone over the age of 21 and older to use and have up to 2.5 ounces of marijuana and goes into effect January 1st, 2024.
