InnoCORE Postdoctoral Fellow Position – LEE Research Group at KAIST

🔎The LEE Research Group at KAIST (led by Prof. Sangho Lee) is seeking highly motivated candidates for the InnoCORE Postdoctoral Fellow position under the Sustainable Materials Institute for Post-AI Era (SMI-PAI).

🔬Research Areas

• Functional oxide thin film growth and epitaxy

• (2D material-based) Semiconductor device fabrication and analysis

• Monolithic 3D (M3D) integration

• Advanced semiconductor packaging

📌Position Details

• Title: InnoCORE Postdoctoral Fellow

• Location: KAIST, Daejeon, South Korea

• Annual Salary: KRW 90,000,000 (inclusive of statutory insurance and benefits)

• Contract Duration: Up to 4.5 years (renewed annually based on performance)

• Start Date: After May 1, 2026 (flexible and negotiable)

✅Qualifications & Preferences

• Ph.D. obtained within the past 5 years

• Background in Materials Science and Engineering or a related field

• Preference for candidates from top-tier universities in the U.S., Canada, or Europe

• Strong publication record in leading journals is highly desirable
