If you are joining us from another district, enter your CTA number. If you are a new member, or don’t know your CTA number, enter your email address.

Enrollment form: Page 1 = Personal Information
5. Page 2 = Workplace and membership type

Local = Sanger Unified Teachers Association
Work Site = school you spend most time at

Voluntary contributions to FTL, an arm of CTA that finances scholarships and grants
CTA/ABC is the arm of CTA that lobbies for educational issues that support public education
