I am currently working as ANRF National Postdoctoral Fellow at IIT Delhi under the mentorship of Prof. Tarak Karmakar. I completed my Ph.D. from the School of Computational and Integrative Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, in February 2025 under the supervision of Prof. Arnab Bhattacherjee, with support from the CSIR Junior Research Fellowship and the Prime Minister’s Research Fellowship. After completing my Ph.D. and before joining IIT Delhi, I served as an Assistant Professor (Guest) in the Department of Chemistry at Hindu College, University of Delhi. My research expertise lies in protein–DNA and protein–ligand interactions using multiscale molecular modeling, molecular dynamics simulations, enhanced sampling, and statistical mechanics. My current interests include biomolecular simulations, DNA dynamics, machine learning-driven modeling, and nano–bio interactions. I also have experience in interdisciplinary research, teaching, scientific writing, and student mentorship.
