I am Sang-Hoon (Hoon) Lee, an Assistant Professor of Management in the College of Business Administration at Loyola Marymount University.

My research interests lie in the area of workaholism, the dark side of prosocial behavior, and employment relations.

I was born in Gimhae, South Korea, and attended schools in Urbana-Champaign, Seoul, Hong Kong, Ulsan, and Ann Arbor. I love to travel, watch Sci-Fi movies, and am a huge fan of basketball (NBA) and American football (college football and NFL). I am also an avid runner.
