My desire as an early childhood educator is to make a positive impact on every child in my life. As Maria Motessori said "Early childhood education is the key to the betterment of society." (Motessori,M) I believe that childhood is the critical periods for shaping the life time happiness.

I would like to be a tourist guide for children, not only to introduce the world, and give enough space to explore. According to Jean Piaget's words: "When you teach a child something you take away forever his chance of discovering it for himself." (Piaget, J)As a future ECE, I would like to follow his teaching philosophy: to be child centred, to foced on the process and to surpport younge children to discover the world by themselves.
