Q: When is garbage day?
A: Garbage day is every Wednesday, and recyclables are collected every other Wednesday.
Q: What amenities are included with my dues?
A: Trash collection, cable, internet, snow removal, most exterior building maintenance excluding decks, common area amenities (pool, common area landscaping, etc.), and road upkeep.
Q: How do I set up my cable & internet service?
A: Simply visit the local Xfinity store, and provide them your address. They will provide you with all the equipment you need to get started.
Q: When are board meetings?
A: Board meetings are generally on the third Thursday of each month. They are open to all lot owners.
