Sandycreek Township Volunteer Firefighters respond to a number of calls throughout the year. Our Firefighters are provided the opportunity to participate in a variety of trainings around the county. At Sandycreek Township VFD we respond to a variety of calls including: Structure Fires, Possible Gas Leaks, Traffic Accidents, EMS Calls, and a variety of other calls.
Sandycreek Township Volunteer Fire Department is looking for Paramedics, A-EMTS, EMT-B, and EMRs to help serve our area. In this capacity you would be answering medical emergency calls. At Sandycreek Township VFD we are a QRS, or Quick Response Service. Thus meaning we are dispatched for major medical calls to help and assist Community Ambulance Service. We provide patient care prior to CAS arrival and assist CAS in any way possible.
Sandycreek Township Volunteer Fire Department has a Junior Firefighter Program for anyone between the ages of 14 and up. With this role, you get to learn what all goes into being a Volunteer Firefighter and learn about all the equipment we use and see the difference we make in the community.

At Sandycreek Township VFD we don't just respond to fires and medical emergencies. We also provide dinners and a variety of activities for those that live in the area. In the past we have held Ladies Night, a Santa Run, Community Dinners, and a variety of others. We are always looking for help.
