In most cases, setting up and picking up take about 15-20 minutes, depending on the unit. This timeframe allows for thorough preparation and ensures everything is in proper order. It's crucial to allocate enough time for any adjustments that may be needed.

Many bounce houses are compact, making them perfect even for the coziest backyards. Choosing a location free from low-hanging branches and trees is essential, allowing for an unobstructed and fun-filled experience. Additionally, please ensure that the unit is positioned at least 20 feet away from all power lines to guarantee everyone a safe and enjoyable time.

If you find it necessary to adjust the timing of your upcoming party, due to unforeseen circumstances that are not related to inclement weather, please notify us 7 days prior to your event. This notice allows us to reconfigure our schedule and accommodate another booking seamlessly. While we are certainly open to rescheduling requests with shorter notice, such adjustments will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fairness and flexibility for all our clients.

You only require a power outlet no more than 100 feet away from your setup. This distance provides ample flexibility for the placement of your equipment while ensuring it remains conveniently connected to a power source.

Currently, we require a non-refundable deposit of 33%. For rentals of $500 or more, a 50% deposit is required. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. You can pay your deposit by renting the inflatable bounce house through our online event rental software. We can assist you using the same method if you prefer to order over the phone.

We regret to inform you that deposits and any form of payment, even when fully settled, are non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances can change, so we gladly provide rain checks in case of inclement weather or if you need to reschedule your plans. Please note that we require a notice of at least 7 days in advance to take advantage of this option. Your understanding is greatly appreciated as we strive to accommodate your needs.

We will provide you with a rain check and apply your payment toward any future party rentals you may want. You have 12 months to use your funds on file. Please note that no rain checks will be issued once the installation begins. Regardless of the weather conditions, we still need to compensate our drivers for their hard work. If you decide to cancel, please call our office immediately. We reserve the right to cancel and issue a rain check if we believe the weather is dangerous.

We thoroughly clean and sanitize our units after each use. We also provide simple, green, and clean towels to handle any accidents involving young children. Please inform our drivers about any accidents before they pick it up. The area must be cleaned immediately before the unit is rolled up.

Our standard party rental includes 5 hours, and we are priced 20% lower than our competitors. Additionally, we often deliver a day earlier at no extra charge (optional).
