Hi,
I am Sandipan Dutta.
Currently I am working as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Mizoram University.
Earlier I was a Post Doctoral Fellow at the Department of Mathematical Sciences, IISER Mohali, Punjab from July, 2021 to October 2023. I am working with Prof. Krishnendu Gongopadhayay.
I have completed my PhD from IIT Kharagpur in 2020 under the supervision of Dr. Debapriya Biswas.
I am interested in hyperbolic geometry especially the action of the Möbius group on two dimensional space. Apart from that I have also interest in the limit sets of quaternionic Kleinian groups.
Presently I am working with Prof. Angel Cano on Comparing limit sets for discrete actions of complex Kleinian groups on complax projective space.
