I derive inspiration for my paintings from every day events, and the feelings they evoke in me. As a result, a lot of what I paint feels very personal to me. My preferred medium is oil on canvas with palette knife or brushes.

I am a veteran of the high-tech industry who wandered into a studio one day looking for a creative break from the pressures of her full time job. Painting lets me exercise the side of my brain that enjoys the prospect of creating something by hand, using my imagination and sense of design
