Responsibility
• Provide 24/7 offshore support(Rotational shift) to Wi-Fi and LAN network that includes monitoring ,troubleshooting ,implementing new design to improve reliability of network
• Provide network support and perform troubleshoot to resolve various WAN/LAN connectivity issues
• Worked with other Internet Service Providers such as Bell, Rogers, Cogeco, All stream,Shaw, MTS, One Connect, Telus, VideoTron and Eastlink to troubleshoot and ensure a reliable internet access to the clients.
• Handled escalated issues from two call center agents and field technicians by prioritizing issues accordingly to resolve them in a proper manner.
• Monitored and maintained network management maps and tools (Meraki Dashboard, Radius & Cacti.
• Providing Technical Support on Business Center & Guest- Use Lobby PCs as hotel public access kiosks & Configured them based on hotel guests needs
• Responded to residential & business clients such as hotels, restaurants, businesses across Canada & Metrolinx GO stations across the Greater Toronto Area for their Wi-Fi issues network changes requests via emails, phone calls and tickets daily.

Responsibilities:
• Provide 24/7 Onsite support(Rotational shift) to Wi-Fi and LAN network that includes monitoring ,troubleshooting ,implementing new design to improve reliability of network
• Ability to handle any network issue related to LAN OR Wi-Fi with in 30minutes as this the time slot provided to us
• Responsible for Night Audit of public areas or special area as per instruction to insure proper functionality of Network
• Responsible for network designing as per special requirement
• Responsible for Inventory maintenance that include testing of spare equipment’s and if found faulty send back to the base location.
