Sanchika is a file-sharing platform that allows:

2. Registered users are to receive files after signing in

3. Optional authentication via Google One Tap Sign-in

3. User Accounts and Authentication

1. Sending files does not require an account.

2. To receive files, users must sign in using supported authentication methods (e.g., Google One Tap).

3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during sign-in.

4. Anonymous File Sharing

1. Sanchika allows anonymous file uploads.

2. The identity of senders is not disclosed to recipients.

3. Users must not misuse anonymity for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Sanchika to:

1. Upload or share illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content

2. Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious files

3. Violate intellectual property rights

4. Harass, threaten, or harm others

5. Circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorised access

Sanchika reserves the right to remove content or restrict access at its discretion.

6. File Storage and Retention

1. Files shared via Sanchika may be stored temporarily.

2. Sanchika does not guarantee permanent storage or retrieval.

3. Files may be automatically deleted after a certain period or due to storage limitations.

7. Privacy

1. Anonymous uploads do not require personal information.

2. To receive files, authentication data (e.g., Google account details) may be collected.

3. Sanchika does not intentionally track anonymous senders but may log technical data (e.g., IP address) for security and abuse prevention.

8. Intellectual Property

1. Users retain ownership of the files they upload.

2. By uploading content, you grant Sanchika a limited license to store, process, and transmit files solely for providing the Service.

Sanchika is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

1. Loss of data or files

2. Unauthorised access to files

3. Misuse of anonymously shared content

4. Service interruptions or technical issues

2. Users are responsible for ensuring the safety of the files they share or download.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Sanchika:
