Mario Sanchez

I am a National Science Foundation Postdoctoral Fellow at Cornell University. I completed my PhD in May 2021 at UC Berkeley advised by Federico Ardila and Lauren Williams.

I am broadly interested in the intersection between combinatorics and other algebraic fields such as representation theory and algebraic geometry. Recently I have been thinking about Hopf monoids, Coxeter combinatorics, valuative invariants, and spectrahedra.
