About Me

I am a PhD Candidate in the Department of Economics at Colorado State University. I hold a Master's degree in World Economy from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Jadavpur University in India.

I just started working as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Western Oregon University.

My research explores the intersection between international trade, finance and gendered labor market implications in context of Global South Economies.

I have teaching experience in money and banking, gender in the economy, principles and intermediate macroeconomics, principles of microeconomics, international trade and finance, economics of racial discrimination.

In my free time, I enjoy reading fictions, spending time with friends over food and cooking, listening to various genres of music and practicing my own vocal skills.
