Privacy policy
This policy describes version 2.2 of SanatanPanchang, which provides free Panchang, festival, Muhurat, reminder, widget and PDF features and displays advertising. Earlier versions may have different advertising behavior. No account is required.
Location and local information
If you allow location access, the app uses your coordinates to calculate Panchang information. You can also choose a city or enter coordinates manually. Preferences and coordinates are stored on your device and in the app group used by widgets. The developer does not operate a server that receives your precise location.
Advertising and consent
Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform provide advertising and consent choices. Depending on your choices and region, Google may process approximate location, device identifiers, advertising data, interactions, diagnostics and performance information. The app requests tracking permission where applicable. You may decline tracking. Settings provides Privacy Options when available for your region.

Reminders and sharing
Reminder requests are handled by Apple notification services on your device. PDF files are created locally and are shared only when you choose a destination through the system share sheet.
Your choices and retention
You can change location, notification and tracking permissions in iOS Settings. You can change advertising consent through the app’s Privacy Options when available. Delete the app to remove its local app data; device or cloud backups may retain copies under your Apple settings. Third-party services retain information under their own policies.
Children
The app is not specifically directed at children. Do not provide personal information through support messages for a child.
