The San Andreas Judicial Branch and Department of Justice are jointly dedicated to ensuring that effective and efficient justice is available to all citizens of San Andreas. Through Civil Court, Criminal Court, Traffic Court, and Appellate Court, the San Andreas Judicial Branch is soundly equipped to hear all types of cases, to ensure justice is served to all citizens in the state of San Andreas. The mission of the San Andreas Judicial Branch is to protect rights and liberties, uphold and interpret the law, and provide for the peaceful resolution of disputes. The Court shall fairly and efficiently resolve disputes arising under the law and shall apply the law consistently, impartially, and independently to protect the rights and liberties guaranteed by both the Constitutions of San Andreas and the United States. The employees of the Court shall strive for service excellence and, through their dedication and professionalism, implement the policies and procedures established by the judiciary and legislature. The judges and employees are committed to ensuring equal access to court services and enhancing public confidence in the court system.

Located on 640 Carcer Way, in Rockford, the San Andreas City Hall houses everything you'll need, including the San Andreas Superior Court. Employees of the Judicial Branch and the Department of Justice have permanent offices on this property. All court cases heard in San Andreas will take place here.

While inside a San Andreas Courthouse, Courtroom, and/or City Hall, there is an expected level of decorum that is to be followed at all times. This can be reviewed more closely here. Failure to abide by the set level of expected decorum may result in criminal charges pursued by the state of San Andreas.
