The bulk of my teaching experience involves moral and political philosophy. I have taught an advanced course on ethical theory, and an introductory course on the social contract tradition in the modern period. I have also held numerous teaching assistantships in introductory courses, both historical and thematic.
My preferred teaching style is to lead students in the analysis of arguments by way of close readings of major texts.
My teaching statement is here, and my diversity statement is here.
