My name is Samuel Lerbet and I am a postdoc of the mathematics department of the École normale supérieure. This postdoc position is funded by the ANR project CYCLADES and my scientific contact there is Olivier Benoist. I successfully defended my Ph.D. thesis, prepared at the Institut Fourier and entitled A real analogue of the Hodge conjecture, on July 21, 2025; my Ph.D. advisor was Jean Fasel.
I am interested in algebraic geometry and more precisely in the cohomology of algebraic varieties: algebraic cycles, (hermitian) K-theory, motivic homotopy theory... Recently, I have centred my research on cohomology theories in real algebraic geometry.
