You forgot to tell which Samsung app you are using on you phone. Samsung Smart Camera App is the one which supports NX3000 (version 3.5 is the newest), Samsung Camera Manager is for NX1 and NX500 only (it does not support older cameras like NX3000, NX30, NX300). But I'm afraid your problems are related to the Android version 7.0 on your phone, as Samsung Smart Camera App is quite old, built for Android versions 5.1 (Lollipop) and below, and hasn't received updates for a while.

Hi, it works after installing the NX3000 Samsung Smart Camera App. However, the connection to my smart phone lasted not more than 3 mins and then disconnected while transfering photos from the camera to my mobile. Managed to transfer 2 photos out of 6. The camera just hanged or freezes and unable to power off the camera. Only way to resolve the problem is to eject and reinsert the battery. It seems that the Samsung Smart Camera App is unable to pair the camera to both of my mobile. I did install the Samsung Smart Camera App on my Android phones ( Oneplus and Realme XT) and the problem is still the same.

I love this camera. I have always used cannon. But I will be changing brands on my next camera. I can not seem to get a cannon to last after the on I had for 5 yrs finally tore up. I have bought three since , and not a one of them are worth a crap. So I will own one of these for my next camera.

That is amazing for a point and shoot camera. The photos are beautiful and I love that with the wifi connectivity, you can share with you social networks. Better quality photos than a smartphone with the same sharing options, but not a big and bulky as a DSLR. Perfect!

This is a problem with the app and Samsung, who need to update it. The same thing happened with Android and marshmallow - eventually they got round to updating it so it works now. Fingers crossed there's still someone left in that department at samsung who will push through an update.

Follow this -dns-settings-ios/ guide on the AP_NX500 network after you have already connected with the nx wifi, and then, add the 8.8.8.8 to the DNS setting in the wifi. Then you will be able to browse your camera's photo again. Let alone the control of remote viewer.

The problem may be caused by the mechanism changed by apple. iOS will not consider your phone as connected to a wifi if there is no DNS provided in the network. Hence the smart camera manager could not grad the wifi control from iOS since iOS don't think the wifi is usable.

Thank you so much for this fix. I just bought my NX1 this week and managed to connect once but that was it. Phoned samsung support this morning and although the lady was very helpful she couldn't solve the problem. I voiced my frustration with a product that is still in warranty and she promised to escalate so we will see if there is an update. Her first comment was that the Camera manager didn't work with ios 9 or 10!

These are 100 percent crops of photos of our test scene at each of the camera's available ISO settings. As with its predecessor, the WB250F, you'll want to consider this camera for its features more than its photo quality (or video quality, for that matter). If you need a camera that can take photos for prints larger than 8x10 in all lighting conditions or for something like birding where you'll want to enlarge and crop in to examine fine details, this likely won't be enough camera for you. The camera's strengths are in its novel shooting options.

Like many point-and-shoots with its price and features, the WB350F does well up to ISO 400, so you'll be able to get good-looking shots when you have plenty of light. Photos get noticeably softer from noise reduction at sensitivities above ISO 400; going above ISO 800 isn't recommended as you lose too much detail and colors desaturate. That said, the built-in flash is actually useful since it can be angled up and bounced, getting you better results than you'd have without flash or with a blast of direct light that you'd get from other camera flashes. Well, as long as you're not too far from the surface you're bouncing off.

I purchased my Samsung SmartCam in 2016. It has served me well providing security alerts while I am away from home.

Recently there was a power outage due to the bad weather in Florida while I was away.

As soon as I returned I attempted to reboot my SmartCam with no success. I have reset my camera twice so was very frustrated.

I found a thread here from a few years ago

and as I read the posts I realized I swapped my

SD card last year due to water damage.

So I unplugged my camera, took my SD card out

then plugged camera back in and rebooted

I was so very happy to see that green light again

I have Model SNH-P6410BN

I've had my Samsung camera for three years and used to connect to my phone all the time no problem. As of recently no matter what I do it will not connect to my iPhone, iPad or my boyfriends Samsung smart phone. It sucks because it was my favorite feature about the Camera

Hi, this is an out of topic question. I own Samsung NX30 camera and since you do too I am just wondering if you are experiencing the same problem? The "Wi-Fi" features of my camera do not work anymore, it's directing me to a "Korean Browser". For example, if I were to e-mail myself a photo using the camera, it wouldn't get passed the Korean browser, I have no clue what it says. It seems to me that these features are no longer supported which sucks a lot!

A mere two days after Christmas 2013, I wrote about where my photography future was going, and what was going to take me there. In that post, I mentioned I had received the Samsung NX1100 Smart Camera as a Christmas gift from my wonderful wife, and was planning on instantly forcing it into my day-to-day photography. Ironically, it is that very camera that has allowed me to have a resurgence of "day-to-day photography" and so, after almost a full month's worth of using it, it's time to set about with a review!

So what does that give us? It gives us a DSLR-quality sensor in the form factor of a point and shoot. It gives us HD quality video in something that can fit in a purse. It gives us...well, it gives us a change from having to lug around those heavy DSLR cameras, while still giving us images that are good enough to hang up on a wall in an art gallery.

Well, if you happened to have brought your tablet with you, it only takes a few button presses, and you're loading up a few images from the shoot, getting them excited about the images to come, and ensuring you're giving them exactly the product that they want. All thanks to something as simple as wifi being add to your camera.

Something else offered with the Samsung line of smart cameras, that isn't always found in the bigger DSLR cameras is its ability to offer scene modes, in-camera post-processing and various other "tricks" that can save you the trouble of having to download photos, edit them, then export to...someplace. ff782bc1db
