I have also had this same issue with my gear S2 paired with S7. My gear S2 battery would previously last 2 days. As of 3 days ago, it now doesn't even make it through a day. No change in usage, and I added no new apps.

On your watch go to settings, gear info and then reset. It will do a factory reset for me it worked out great because I did not install very much since I got the watch it takes about 6 or 7 minutes to complete the process when it asks you to install the app on your phone you don't have to because it's already there it can be reused. I was going from 100% to 40% in 6 hours. I have worn it 8 hours and I am now at 93%

The worst problem that I have experienced with inaccuracy with my gear S3 happened on Sunday during the Brighton marathon. I started the running tracking as above... and to give the GPS time before the start. I started the race and the tracking distance was perfect for the first few miles... the 1 mi and 2mi boundaries were spot on the location of the organisers markers.

Whilst looking at the archived graphical data from the marathon run in samsung health on Sunday evening, and observing my SPEED parameter from the run, it is very apparent from the data that there was a large anomaly that occurred at around 50 minutes from the start of the run, and where my pace changed from 7 miles an hour down to zero and continually jumped between a running speed of 0 and 7 for around 5 minutes, I can only guess whilst it resolved a good GPS fix again.

I find it hard to understand why there is no indicator on the watch / samsung health app to show when there is a position fix or not ? Just a simple Green or Red satellite sign as an indicator to show when to start off for your run or not... perhaps a firmware update / fix idea for the next build of update ?? Any comments mods ?

Has anyone else had any performance issues that are similar to these problems that I have seen with the gear s3 tracking in the health app ? Surely there are many other gear S3 users out there that use the health app ? I have attached a screenshot to this response...

The new Gear VR headset works with the Galaxy S8 Plus, S8, S7, S7 Edge, Note5, S6, S6 Edge and S6 Edge+ and comes with Micro USB and USB-C adapters. The extra bits of gear, however, mean keeping track of small dongles. Google's more elegant Daydream View design works without any plug-in dongles at all, but the larger Gear VR, while bulkier and more plastic, fits better on my face.

Hello, I am using Samsung Galaxy watch (B62B) (Model No. SM-R800) for syncing my Strava activity. It was working almost fine till yesterday until I encountered issue on syncing my morning run from Strava to Strava servers through watch. Little did I realise at that time that it can be something to do with watch.samsung.strava being down and did multiple things to fix and now have landed up in difficult situation. Looking for some assistance now.
