You may return unworn and undamaged shoes within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returned shoes must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at samsbrand2023@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Customized or personalized shoes and final sale items are not eligible for return.
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns that do not meet the specified conditions.
