Return Period:

• You may return unworn and undamaged shoes within 30 days of the purchase date.

Condition of the Shoes:

• Returned shoes must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at samsbrand2023@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Refund or Exchange:

• Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Exceptions:

• Customized or personalized shoes and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee (if applicable):

• A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns that do not meet the specified conditions.
