I am a PhD Candidate in Economics at the École des Sciences de la Gestion (ESG), University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM), and a Researcher at the Quebec Interuniversity Centre for Social Statistics (QICSS), where I work on the Innovation and Technology Adoption project. I am also affiliated with CIRANO, where I worked on Efficacité des politiques de soutien aux entreprises pour la recherche et développement. My research lies at the intersection of Innovation Policy, Technology Adoption, Productivity, and Economic Growth, with a focus on how firms respond to innovation policy under financial frictions.

My dissertation develops and quantifies endogenous growth models with heterogeneous firms to study innovation policy. The first chapter examines Patent Box taxation and patent duration as levers for innovation and technology adoption. My Job Market Paper studies how tax credits and direct subsidies differentially shape firms' allocation between experimental and applied R&D under liquidity constraints, and evaluates the resulting welfare implications and fiscal cost. A third chapter tests these predictions empirically on Canadian firm-level data, documenting the compositional effects of R&D policy instruments.

My work has been presented at the Econometric Society, T2M, CRDCN, and SCSE annual meetings, and supported by conference travel grants from IEIM, AéESG, and the Productivity Partnership.
