The Government Sanskrit College Library holds one of the best collections on Sanskrit and Indology which includes very rare and antique documents. The collection is more than 35000 books, it consists of reference materials and numerous rare documents. The library has OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) facility which can be used through Internet and intranet within the college library. The OPAC can also be accessed by the faculty and students from the computers available in Departments, Computer lab, Library and also from home and any distant place where Internet facility is available.
