Best known for his creativity, professionalism and extreme attention to detail, Sammie Moussallam has worked in the fashion industry for well over a decade. During that time, he has learned the key to longevity is “creativity can never stop.”

Some advice he would give to his younger self includes never giving up on your dreams.

Sammie Moussallam: “Do not give up on your dreams, do not give up on your relationships with people, do not give up on your hard work. There is a spotlight for everyone in this world. You just need to find yours. And make sure it’s the right one.”

He also says that communication is key. “It is so important to follow up with people and make sure you are on the same page.”

As for one strategy that has helped Sammie Moussallam grow his business, it is valuing your employees.
