Terms of Service

By Commissioning Samlssms (Sam / Inky)  you agree that you, as the client, will put down a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE down payment on the commission that you've requested before the artwork is started. Once the artwork is started, you agree to keep in touch with Samlssms (Sam / Inky) and provide honest feedback about your commission piece while it is still a WIP (work in progress) so that you get the highest quality of work.  WIP (work in progress) photos are guaranteed with ANY and ALL commission types, and a commission will NEVER be continued without valued input. Samlssms will NOT draw non-consensual NSFW artwork, gorey sexual artwork, or artwork depicting or related to pedophilia, grooming, or child abuse. Samlssms will NOT draw feral (non-anthropomorphic) NSFW.  Samlssms will NOT draw realistic or 100% accurate animal genitals on anthros and will NOT look at references of animal genetalia for artwork. Agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge these off-limit topics. As a client, if you are requesting NSFW or HEAVILY bloody / gorey artwork, Samlssms must see a valid state ID to assure you are over the legal age of 18 before agreeing to take your commission. (censor everything but DOB on the ID for safety.) If you have read these terms to their full extent after Samlssms has prompted them to be read, please use the code word, "fungus" in the next message sent.

Samlssms has the right to refuse any commission he does not want to do, feels uncomfortable doing, or feels he is unable to produce the quality of artwork requested.

Payments are done through Paypal or Cashapp.
